The Product Analytics- Program Manager position is responsible for planning, innovating, and leading some of the most critical enterprise wise product analytics initiatives. This person, with a high level of energy and great communication skills, will develop best-in-class processes that are simple, scalable, and results-oriented. Their goal will be to make sure these methodologies to track data driven solutions are effectively implemented across our fast-paced, dynamic organization. Also they will be responsible to continuously monitor and track progress across multiple initiatives. The position is highly visible involves frequent interaction with leaders across Analytics and Product. • Plan, lead and successfully lead Cross- Product Analytics transformation project. Establish clear roles and responsibilities , and lead as the driving force behind the process of aligning key organizational stakeholders. • Manage a large portfolio of Product Analytics initiatives, lead program management team meetings, identify cross-functional dependencies, anticipate, minimize and mitigate risks. • Develop, track, and report key product metrics on company-wide strategic product initiatives - Define, develop, enhance, and produce effective reporting for various levels of management team based on the right set of metrics related to the annual, quarterly, monthly, and daily operations of the product teams. • Drive cross functional product analytics roadmaps, develop new tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to help scale analytics capabilities with the growth of the organization and company. • Provide in-depth analysis on product adoption or customer maturity KPI and drive adoption strategies. • Develop and deliver presentations, memos, and reports for the executive team. And iterate on portfolio and program management standards and successfully deploy across the product analytics organization. • Demonstrate a curiosity and a lean towards challenging existing processes to continuously optimize. Assist with the development of business case and business value analyses. • Support the vision and values of the Program Management & Communications team by leading domain specific education learning series, communications creation and x-domain firedrill support and other team initiatives as requested.

  • 6+  years of relevant experience in strategy, product, analytics , project/program management.
  • Broad understanding measurement methodology for product flows, product experimentation, product KPIs to measure optimal merchant and consumer experiences.  Familiarity of AB Test strategies and fundamental analytics concepts.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, collaboration and teamwork skills with demonstrated ability to gain trust, secure buy-in and influence change at all levels.
  • Highly skilled in the creation of presentations, new reporting mechanisms and other documents. High attention to detail with ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and distill it in crisp, clear language appropriate for a variety of audiences.
  • Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles. Proactive, resourceful, and creative in fully utilizing available analytics resources and data to consolidate excellent analysis
  • A self-starter that uses great judgment to keep programs and projects moving forward and completed on target.
  • Strong process orientation and demonstrated ability to define and document new or improved business planning and management processes and reporting mechanisms. Demonstrated understanding of process improvement programs and processes, with experience driving them successfully within organizations highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-based environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and service-oriented.
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) required. SQL nice to have
