The Analytics Operations- Program Manager position is responsible for planning, leading, and executing strategic initiatives and projects that achieve the goals of creating the best in class analytics organization. This candidate should have relevant experience in business operations, strategy and planning and will be a critical lead in developing frameworks to promote org vision, org-wide transformation initiatives, pioneering capital planning strategy and instill organizational development processes. This person would be responsible leading as a key conduit to finance/budget and biz op teams to ensure org is on track to plan. We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented and highly organized individual with a high level of energy, excellent at building visual appealing content and extremely effective at cross functional management.

  • Leading Analytics org hiring cadences, streamlining operational processes, partnering with finance and HR partners on managing org budget or headcount, supporting or developing strategy to meet business requirements and changes.
  • Establish Analytics org communications cadence, organizational forums, operational review meetings, and reporting progress against goals and status of initiatives to ensure appropriate program governance while build and maintain relationships to increase collaboration and productivity.
  • Define, develop, enhance, and produce effective reporting for various levels of management team based on the right set of metrics related to the annual, quarterly, monthly, and daily operations of the company.
  • Capture, consolidate and interpret performance metrics and data from multiple systems to create effective management reporting and trend analysis. Develop tools and processes to enable streamline inefficiencies. Recommend process improvements. Automate existing workflows to improve the efficiency of the company.
  • Set up and maintain departmental document repositories, global distribution lists, and various databases for leadership-level information dissemination and archiving.
  • Plan and drive and lead critical business programs of significant complexity independently. Experience in thinking strategically and acting operationally and experience managing ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies. The position is highly visible involves frequent interaction with leaders across HR, Finance, Analytics (Sales, Marketing, Product, BI, GDS, AIML Business Analytics)
  • Develop and spearhead projects that enhance Analytic org mission and vision statements such as spearheading efforts for department internal and external branding documents, planning org wide community enhancing events or education series, leading projects that will enable insight and data democratization.
  • Support the vision and values of the Program Management & Communications team by leading learning series, communications creation, and x-domain firedrill support and other team initiatives as requested.

REQUIRED:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in strategy, marketing, change management, project/program management, and/or analytics.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, collaboration and teamwork skills with demonstrated ability to gain trust, secure buy-in and influence change at all levels. This candidate must have the perpetual enthusiasm to learn new skills, take on new responsibilities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to plan out project plans clearly from scratch with effective ability to corral leaders across many domains including HR, Finance, Analytics, Business Operations.  The ideal candidate has a proven ability to track record of leading projects from start to finish and transforming large people organization as a highly motivated and effective teammate.
  • Familiarity with budget planning fundamentals, familiarity with partnering with various finance and analytical teams.
  • Highly skilled in framework development, creation of presentations, new reporting mechanisms and other documents. High attention to detail with ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and distill it in crisp, clear language appropriate for a variety of audiences.
  • Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) required.
  • A self-starter that uses great judgment to keep programs and projects moving forward and completed on target.
  • Strong process orientation and demonstrated ability to define and document new or improved business and financial planning and management processes and reporting mechanisms. Demonstrated understanding of process improvement programs and processes, with experience driving them successfully within organizations highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-based environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and service-oriented.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and creative in fully utilizing available resources and data to achieve excellent analysis.
  • High level of attention to detail, including the ability to maintain meticulous records of projects and programs financials, issues, risks, decisions, schedules.
