The Instore Product Strategy & Growth team is an integral part of the Instore Product organization, responsible for identifying, scoping, and executing against key initiatives that will move the product forward. This team’s scope includes projects and initiatives across commercialization, product enhancements, product development, consumer and market research, and overall business strategy. The Product Strategy & Growth Manager will work alongside fellow Strategy & Growth counterparts, as well as cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, Finance, Professional Services, and Sales to drive forward these initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring initiatives achieve their KPI’s on schedule and for reporting progress against KPI’s to senior leadership. Below are the detailed responsibilities for this role:

  • Understand business and consumer needs across product portfolio (including, but not limited to white space, vertical, geographic and commercial opportunities)
  • Develop recommendation on strategic priorities/focus areas and gain cross-functional and leadership support
  • Create testing and learning agendas across strategic priorities and design testing plans to deliver quick but intentional and meaningful insights
  • Guide execution efforts against agreed upon strategic initiatives in partnership with our operational, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery against key milestones
  • Stand up and lead daily activity with a cross-functional squad dedicated to the success of the agreed upon initiatives, leveraging an agile working model
  • Work hand-in-hand with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to bring experiences to life
  • Drive process improvement and effectiveness including troubleshooting operational issues as they surface
  • Create frameworks to help structure the team’s thinking, drive visibility, and facilitate alignment
  • Build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels to drive influence
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
  • 5+ years of related business and leadership experience
  • Solid strategic planning skills combined with exceptional execution
  • Working knowledge/familiarity with agile working model
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to analyze data and reports
  • Collaborative mindset with leadership capabilities and the ability to influence
  • Clear, strategic thinker with vision, with the ability to execute against priorities
  • Advanced power point presentation skills and an ability to present to senior stakeholders   
  • Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively work under pressure and to meet challenging targets
  • Ability to lead a cross-functional team towards a common goal amidst conflicting priorities
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
