About the Team Risk as a Service team is a product- and engineering-focused group building world-class Risk Mitigation offering for our diverse merchant base. These products cater to our merchants' requirements depending on their size, geography, complexity and maturity of risk management. We collaborate with our peers in Engineering, Design, Analytics, Go-To-Market, Sales and Support to build products and features that delight our merchant partners, and our business. Product Operations acts as an integral bridge between our customer-facing teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) and the product teams. This role focuses on gathering feedback from customer facing teams and working with Product Managers to build-in processes, features to deliver the best experience for our customers.

About the Role  

As part of this role, your responsibilities would include   

  • Gather feedback from sales, solution engineering, customer success teams and work with product and engineering teams to prioritize in the product roadmap  

  • Work with our top customers directly to understand their product needs and usage  

  • Analyze customer pain points through extensive usage data analysis and customer interviews. Work internally to establish efficient processes to alleviate these pain points.  

  • Product launch and operation readiness for all our new product offerings, pilots and feature launches  

  • Own our new product pilots / beta launches lifecycle to interview customers, gather insights and define pilot success metrics.   

 

 

Job Requirements:  

Minimum Requirements: 

  • 4+ years of experience working in operations (product, marketing, etc) for external customer-facing products  

  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases  

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments  

  • Strong problem-solving abilities - you can cut through the noise and laser focus on what really matters  

  • Ability to clearly communicate user experience issues and service specifications to both business and technical audience using requirements documents, use cases and desired outcomes.  

  • Team player with ability to interface and build relations at all levels  

  • "Can do” attitude, team player, fun, energetic personality, works well under pressure.  

 

Nice to have: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business or related field  

  • Experience in risk management and/or payments space 

  • Ability to write SQL scripts or snippets of code preferred
