We are looking for a customer-centric, purpose-driven product manager who's passionate about accelerating the impact of the diverse customers who use our platform to do good. As a member of our product team, you will own the outcomes and delivery of our portfolio solutions to solve problems for our users, while balancing business and social impact objectives. You will develop a deep understanding of our unique customers, champion their needs, and work cross-functionally to bring solutions to market.

Be deeply in tune with the needs of our customers.  Develop deep understanding of and empathy for our two-sided network of donors and fundraisers in the giving space.

  • Establish strong quantitative and qualitative understanding of the needs of donors, nonprofits, and other fundraisers and how our business supports them

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the giving domain, industry trends and competitive landscape

  • Collaborate with User Experience Design and Research on discovery efforts to collect customer insights that guide the design of best-in-class solution

  • Contribute to product strategy aligned with our portfolio strategy and objectives

  • Define product requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams (User Experience Design, Engineering, Business, Analytics, Product Marketing, Program Management, etc.) to execute on the roadmap

  • Partner with Engineering and an agile scrum team to review requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog

  • Drive iterative product development, to continually build, release, and improve the product

  • Design and execute experiments to support insight-gathering and decision-making

  • Work with Analytics partners define and monitor key performance metrics and ongoing product health to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

  • Prioritize and support requests from external teams, including sales, policy, compliance and risk.

  • Build trust and effective relationships with peers and cross-functional teams and provide transparency across the product, engineering and business teams

  • Prioritize inclusive behaviors and product design, including seeking diverse opinions and addressing diverse needs

  • Foster a strong collaborative dynamic with your team, creating open communications, psychological safety and strong morale

  • Clearly communicate plans, insights, data and results to leaders, stakeholders, and other product teams

  • Support global marketing efforts to effectively activate and measure product launches and marketing activities for the right target audiences


  • 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on consumer internet products

  • Experience delivering high-quality customer facing products, technologies or platforms with proven ability to execute

  • Strong product thinking and ability to prioritize

  • Ability to translate product needs into technical requirements, understand technology dependencies, and discuss technical trade-offs

  • Strong collaboration skills, able to lead cross-functional groups and drive action

  • Robust problem-solving ability, breaking down complex challenges to find solutions

  • Comfortable using data and analytics to inform product decisions – knowledge of SQL a plus

  • High integrity and accountability

  • Understand the value of social impact and technology’s role in driving positive outcomes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Product Management, Business or equivalent practical experience
