Job Requirements:
• Investigate and understand global customer pain points and come up with innovative solves to address these pain points.
• conduct market research and competitive analysis in order to improve payment authorization rates for top merchants
• Partner with global customer service and local teams to understand pain points and merchant needs.
• Challenge traditional products and experiences and build the next generation of payment experiences.
• Perform user research, usability studies, market research and focus on building seamless, simple, and intuitive user experiences.
• Define and document product requirements, user stories and epics.
• Review product performance and provide a continuous improvement path.
• Walkthrough product vision and specification with engineering and architecture – review the technical solution.
• Work closely with engineering, architecture, Sales and design teams throughout the software development lifecycle – be able to resolve open issues, answer product questions and guide the engineering and development teams to building the right products.
• Work with quality engineering team to develop test plans and strategies to ensure product quality
• Collaborate with global cross-functional team to develop, market, and launch product globally
• Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making.
• Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure the solutions we put out are within the regulatory boundaries.
