PayPal Resolution Center team is responsible for consumer and merchant dispute experiences where buyer reports a problem with PayPal and seller responds to disputes / chargeback. PayPal is seeking a Product Manager to join the PayPal’s Resolution Center Experiences. The successful candidate will be comfortable with driving vision, strategy, prioritization, and execution for our Resolution Center Experience roadmap. They will be required to work autonomously and professionally to meet tight deadlines while striving to deliver an excellent level of customer service. This role would be ideal for an individual who is proactive, able to manage their time and workload effectively and has a great level of attention to detail, with a passion for using data to drive decision making in a corporate environment.


As a Product Manager of Resolution Center Experience, you will:

  • Synthesize industry insights with customer feedback and internal data to help prioritize, define, design and deliver features on the roadmap
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams within PayPal to build best customer experience and constantly innovate on dispute experience
  • Understand the needs of our customers by conducting customer research / data analysis and develop a practical path to achieving the business goals
  • Be proactive and engage colleagues across organizational boundaries to clarify the vision and articulate a practical path to make it real
  • Develop business and product requirement documents to meet product strategies
  • Create product roadmap, evangelize roadmap to partners, monitor roadmap implementation progress, and deliver roadmap
  • Be able to partner with engineering to understand the technical implications of what you are building, propose alternatives, challenge the scalability and reusability.
  • Build trust and effective relationships with peers and provides leadership across the division, product, and/or partner ecosystem. Contribute and encourage a positive working environment despite constant change.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of disputes domain, industry trends and the competitive landscape


  • Passionate about customer experience products
  • Proficient in areas like user design, data analytics, customer research
  • Proficient in Agile Scrum ceremonies- Writing detailed user stories, acceptance criterion and regular planning/grooming
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or closely related discipline and 2 to 3 years of experience in product management
  • High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive. Proven track record of getting things done, managing multiple tasks including communication with internal and external teams while consistently delivering on schedule
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience (developers, product managers, and senior business leaders )
  • Understanding of Agile Life Cycle and project planning/execution skills including estimating and scheduling. Knowledge of scrum planning tools (e.g. Jira is a plus)
