This position is part of the First Line of Defense Internal Control Organization. The Process & Control Documentation Program Coordinator plays a critical role in leading Process & Control Documentation Team strategic initiatives ensuring alignment to FLOD IC COE goals and objectives. The Process & Control Documentation Program Coordinator interacts cross-functionally with stakeholders across the FLOD and SLOD to schedule and lead team initiatives and projects. This role is also responsible for developing and monitoring key performance metrics for the team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to partner with COE & SLOD stakeholders on overarching Process & Control Documentation Team Strategic initiatives, helping drive decisions and awareness.
  • Communicating with PM’s and stakeholders about Process & Control Documentation Team strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the identification of objectives, scope, risks and deliverables for key strategic projects.
  • Lead and support the execution strategy on one or more core services of the department.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver on agreed upon milestones. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation when necessary, and make tradeoffs.
  • Execute on communication of strategic initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present on Process & Control Documentation Team strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate the delivery of strategic team projects and make adjustments to ensure strategic initiatives stay focuses. 
  • Collect and review feedback from COE and SLOD to incorporate into Process & Control Documentation Team strategic initiatives.
  • Identifies and coordinates development of Control Documentation team program maturity initiatives.
  • Evaluates process improvement opportunities for documentation & risk assessment governance standards in accordance with PayPal policies.
  • Collaborates with partners within COE to develop a consistent strategy, such as RASCIs or ARCIVs.
  • Familiar with Risk Management & Internal Control standards and helps design team processes in accordance with standards/guidelines
  • Drive effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration both within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate process improvement opportunities for documentation & risk assessment governance standards in accordance with PayPal policies.
  • Leads and coordinates discussions with partners within COE to develop a consistent strategy.
  • Assists with, and contribute to, content for COE Readouts.
  • Lead the development of key performance metrics to measure the team’s success towards goals and targets
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned with both COE FLOD and SLOD needs

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a comparable field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience required.
