As a GFCCP Oversight Manager, your goal is to support the execution of the short, medium and long-term strategy and work with all relevant stakeholders. You will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of the strategic plans ensuring that adequate control and oversight is in place

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and implementation of the strategic goals for the organization ensuring alignment with the overall GFC strategy.
  • Manage the continuous improvement of the GFC&CP Program, processes, governance, standards and tools to ensure it remains fit for purpose and relevant
  • Work with global teams to drive and support strategic goals
  • Support function leaders to define team's framework and provide advice and guidance on Program Management processes, resourcing, assurance, governance, procedures, tools.
  • Performance Measurement - ensure that key portfolio performance measures and metrics are established and monitored
  • Support the strategic alignment across the organization
  • Gain/maintain deep knowledge of the various business processes across different GFC&CP groups, create process documents and charts
  • Proactively identify and manage specific issues and risks and work with all cross-functional stakeholders
  • Update senior management/ stakeholders on progress against plan on a regular basis & escalate issues as required.
  • Put controls in place to ensure that all the strategic program deliverables are tracked across the four verticals and goals are met - including the management of risks and issues and any corrective measurements

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree required
  • Knowledge of PayPal compliance investigative practices and tools preferred
  • Knowledge and prior experience with supporting technology initiatives preferred
  • Experience in creating detailed documentation
  • Project Management experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel)
  • Experience with creating PowerPoint presentations

  • Excellent written skills, ability to create detail oriented documentation and visualizations
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and excel in a fast-paced and dynamic financial services environment
  • Skill in focusing on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, clarifying next steps effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired results
  • Must display a high level of professional judgment, commitment, integrity, teamwork, and customer service
  • Passionate about enhancing tools experience for the users and developing clear and sustainable processes
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence teams
