Transition, document and support all day-to-day pricing related work
Monitor various pricing queues and activities to support the global sales and support teams with the creation of all pricing, application of pricing, refund processes, pricing related inquiries
Follow all compliance procedures and controls for any/all pricing requests
Escalate pricing issues as needed to the pricing leadership (Pricing Operations Manager, Sr. Manager, Pricing Operations) in a timely manner
Assist the Global Pricing Project Managers with requirements gathering and testing of PayPal’s global automation of pricing with other adjacent systems and processes
2 years of related work experience is required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Possess strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to meet or accelerate internal SLA’s
Ability to be flexible as needs change within organization
Ability to learn and adapt to process changes/system changes quickly
Must be able to work both independently and as a team
Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
Experience with Excel preferred
