The Program Analyst will be responsible using qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the effectiveness of Seller Risk Services documentation programs (e.g. policy, procedures, training, etc.) and manage internal projects demonstrating a high level of initiative. The ideal candidate will work with global risk partners and external stakeholders to create and maintain department documentation working closely with Policy Governance team to ensure compliance of internal standards.

•       Participate in strategic planning with regards to program development

•       Manage projects with some guidance and promote engagement and participation among stakeholders, with emphasis on global solutions

•       Participate in project meetings to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the project deliverables; represent department and ensure deadlines are met for all deliverables

•       Provide regular updates, feedback, and escalate as appropriate

•       Research, analyze, and document internal processes, regulatory information, and tools to deliver documentation that is accurate and complete

•       Assess internal processes and make recommendations to streamline policies and procedures to reduce risk and then execute on these recommendations and then execute on these recommendations

•       Conduct complex problem and audience analysis, work with Subject Matter Experts to gather information, and write improved procedural manuals for all affected departments.

•       Understand complexity and impact to channels, departments, products, and people

•       Ensure documentation compliance with corporate standards, established guidelines, and easily understood by the end-user

•       Working independently with no staff
