Lead the governance of strategic projects/programs identified, and ensure all teams align with business planning expectations. Drive program retrospective and commitment to improvement on a regular cadence.

Responsibilities include:

• Organize and lead planning activities resulting in the creation of a program roadmaps and milestones. Ensure all teams align with business planning expectations.

• Lead effective project / program governance and stakeholder management, ensuring adequate understanding of timelines, resource needs, risks, contentions, and dependencies.

• Exercise smart decision-making and effectively collaborate with other leaders and stakeholders to address key issues and remove roadblocks in a timely fashion.

• Comprehends Key Performance Indicators and Business Outcomes

• Ensure measurable KPIs / milestones are developed for the program, and that they align to the overall business KPIs.

• Create and manage clear Gating Criteria with business partners for Go/No-go decisions.

• Ensure regular, active communication with adjacent programs and external stakeholders, including other regions.

• Identify program impediments and address including proper escalation to individuals/groups as needed

• Lead program retrospectives and commitment to improvement on a regular cadence

• Maintain awareness of cross program synergies and actively communicate opportunities to simplify or better align work across teams.

• Lead regional partners and teams across multiple regions

• Assess the current methodology, identify / rationalize gaps vs. best practices, and continuously improve the process to support our aggressive deployment schedule.

Professional experience requirements:

• Candidates from 6 to 10+ years of experience are welcome for a variety of roles and levels.

• Successful track record of managing complex business programs to deliver solutions and achieve business results, positively impacting the customers.

• Consultation experience is preferred.

• Proven ability to develop effective, matrixed, cross-organization relationships, collaborating and communicating across business and technology stakeholders and multiple geographies.

• Good knowledge of project management process, project management software tools, templates and management techniques.

• Clear, strategic thinker with vision, with the ability to execute on priorities.

• Strong project managements skills including scheduling, workstream management, risk management, status reporting and resource management.

• Ability to effectively work under pressure and to meet challenging targets.

• Strong communication and presentation skills - ability to present to senior stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with multiple functions.

• Ability to identify and pursue new improvement opportunities in line with business plans.

• Fluent in Mandarin & English, written and spoken.
