Reporting into the Strategic Partnerships Lead for Zettle by PayPal, the Strategic Partnerships Manager will manage a portfolio of partners, growing the relationship and expanding revenue-generating opportunities with them.


  • Ownership of the commercial performance of a portfolio of Zettle integration partners, supporting growth opportunities and upselling further solutions within the PayPal portfolio
  • Craft, coordinate and execute end-to-end business plans with partners, in full alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Manage the roadmap for upgrades of partners’ technical integration with PayPal products
  • Execute marketing campaigns to increase adoption of PayPal’s services on partners’ base
  • Coordinate and support the execution of initiatives in Europe with global PayPal Partners

Job Requirements:

  • min. 2 years experience in Business Development role, B2B Relationships or equivalent
  • Understand the in-store commerce landscape and technology ecosystem for SMBs
  • Commercial acumen, ability to manage a pipeline and execute against revenue targets
  • Ability to negotiate partner agreements and annual partner incentive plans to accelerate revenue, and to drive best in class integrations and consumer experiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills and project management skills with the ability to engage and influence multiple internal stakeholders including Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance, Legal and Operations, managing these cross-functional teams to drive partner plans
  • Ability to work well and independently in a structured yet flexible and adaptable way
