Closely collaborating with the Partner Enablement Manager, The Partner Enablement Creator  will create content for PayPal’s most strategic partnerships. You’ll be responsible for creating sales collateral and content that tells the PayPal partner story for shopping cart software, invoicing and accounting and other third-party platforms and marketplaces. This includes product launches, revenue enablement campaigns and other high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.

Closely collaborating with the Partner Enablement Manager, The Partner Enablement Specialist  will create content for PayPal’s most strategic partnerships. You’ll be responsible for creating sales collateral and content that tells the PayPal partner story for shopping cart software, invoicing and accounting and other third-party platforms and marketplaces. This includes product launches, revenue enablement campaigns and other high-impact, cross-functional initiatives.

In this newly created position, you’ll combine storytelling and research to create slide decks, sell sheets, sales guides and other enablement content that engages our partners, sellers and others. You’ll partner with key stakeholders throughout the organization from product leads, marketing, sales and more, with the goal of taking detailed and sometimes technical topics and turning them into compelling pieces of content.
 

How your skills and experience will come to life in this role:

  • Using strong product instincts, writing skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, you’ll develop and manage content to educate the PayPal partner sales team and PayPal partner sellers.

  • You’ll jump at the chance to create partner enablement content including playbooks, pitch decks, sales guides, sales sheets, and other collateral that will attract new partners, maintain strong relationships with current partners and align with sales to drive new pipeline creation

  • You’ll work collaboratively with sales leaders, product managers, partner counterparts, and marketing teams to plan, coordinate and execute partner enablement content exceed revenue targets and deliver partner success.

  • Leaning on your proven interpersonal skills, you’ll build a trusted relationship with partner sales reps, product and marketing teams.

  • You’ll be comfortable communicating your plans, projects and activities to various stakeholders while sharing the “why” behind the “what”

  • Taking the lead on coordinating and managing partner enablement meetings, you’ll stay on top of deadlines, keep projects moving and gain all the necessary internal approvals

  • Digging deep into the content usage data, you won’t be afraid to pivot when necessary or make recommendations about future approaches

  • You’ll bring a solid understanding of B2B payment technology combined with strong storytelling skills that are grounded in things like product information, customer stories, proof points and data.

What you’ve accomplished:

  • 6-8+ years in B2B partner enablement, customer success, or product marketing, preferably in fintech or SaaS

  • A strong understanding (or desire to learn more about) the partner sales environment and partner programs

  • Ability to translate value propositions for different PayPal partners and sellers into targeted messaging and content to drive results.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with strong project management skills

  • Able to build internal relationships with sales, product, and marketing using strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Fast learner, detail oriented

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and still sweat the details for flawless execution and accuracy

  • Enablement experience with a payment service provider
