Own the plan and delivery of Mexico consumer programs through developing best in class segment marketing campaigns across the funnel to inspire consumers and grow market share. Supports the International Consumer Segment Marketing team to deliver best in class segment marketing across the funnel to inspire consumers and grow market share across the portfolio of PayPal’s fastest growing 170+ Int’l markets.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Own, plan and execute end to end in country consumer segment marketing campaigns by developing game changing integrated marketing plans.
  • Tell the story of the PayPal value proposition in a compelling, contextual and insightful way to drive thought leadership and comprehension at scale.
  • Develop High Value always on and seasonal consumer programs from hypothesis, creation and execution to optimizing, scaling and reporting.
  • Construct and articulate the business cases needed to foresee the upcoming business impact and envision the KPIs outcome for specific campaign.
  • Partner with international hub marketers and cross functional stakeholders to support the delivery of best-in-class segment marketing campaigns across the funnel to inspire consumers and grow market share.
  • Execute the consumer facing marketing calendar.
  • Lead monthly review of all marketing activity in market for segment to review opportunities to drive better consistency and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support management and tracking of OPEX.
  • Lead on specific projects and programs when required.

Experience and Skills (the what)

  • 7+ years’ experience
  • Experience in planning, execution and continuous improvement of marketing campaigns to drive ongoing positive results in key consumer KPIs.
  • Proven track of record on delivering on time and in line with budget allocated.
  • Complete awareness of competing products in the market.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Results oriented, with a strong focus for execution and commitment to meeting targets.
  • Project management skills.
