The intern will be working on a 3 month-based project to define solutions for different type of merchant leads generated so that the solutions can be used as guidance for the consultants in Resolution and Protection (RnP) Services.

The job included but not limited to the following initiatives,

  • Interview with analysts, consultant to understand the challenges of merchants on their RnP performances as part of the solutions
  • Define solution templates so that all the solutions can be stored into Case Library and used by merchant consultants
  • Use merchant enhancement cycle as a guidance to develop different solutions to meet the business goals
  • Define and evaluate the returns of different solutions and resources put into individual merchants on the implementations


  • Earning a MBA or Master of Business Analytical from top universities with solid business and data analysis background
  • Quick learner with solid cognition with good thinking process to address problems with right solutions.
  • 2+ year consulting service experience is a plus
  • Very strong communication skills in writing
  • Collaborative and know how to work with different people
  • Goal-oriented and knows how to run and manage project with deliverables
  • Solid PowerPoint, Excel and data analysis experience
  • Good story teller.
