MDM Team is expanding the capabilities, enhancing the user experience as well as scaling the current platform to support the current and future demand by leveraging the latest and the greatest tools and technologies the market has to offer. MDM Team is responsible for incorporating and implementing the industry standards and best practices while reducing the time to market by building frameworks and reusable components.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop MDM Solutions independently following the key practices of the SDLC.
  • Interact with the Business Users on requirement gathering and communication to stakeholders on development activities.
  • Architect innovative, framework based, high-performance and quality solutions to cater to the Business needs.
  • Identify and Implement process improvements and leverage out of box MDM features with minimum customizations.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members.
  • Support the solutions and work with the distributed team across geographical locations.
  • Be a self-driven individual contributor and strive to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of development experience on Informatica Master data Management Platform.
  • 3+ years of development experience on all components of Business Entity Framework including

Hub Development - Cleanse, Security, Packages/Queries, Hierarchy Management, Match/Merge/File Import configuration etc

Provisioning Tool – Business Entities, Reference Entities configuration, Hierarchy/Network/History View Configuration, Transformations, Trigger/Tasks, Layouts, Search Configuration, External call configuration etc.

  • 3+ years of experience in AVOS Workflow development and customization.
  • 3+ years of DBMS experience.
  • Experience is writing external calls to be configured in BE Framework.
  • Experience in Java Development, SOAP/REST based Webservices.
  • Experience in customizing File Import process for Business Users.

Preferred Technical Capabilities:

  • Experience in development of ETL solutions using PowerCenter is an added advantage.
  • Admin experience in upgrading the Informatica MDM platform and retrofitting the code/configuration.
  • Adapt learning new technologies and an end user perspective.
  • Proficient with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
  • Project management experience organizing tasks and tracking deliverables.
