Data Services and Caching group is looking for a manager to build a new team and build next generation capabilities while maintaining existing services.

The Data Services and Caching group is responsible for critical services such as Highly efficient and Reliable Data Proxy, Data Access Gateway and Distributed Caching capabilities. • Build a team of highly motivated and capable developers

• Define roadmap and vision for the next generation of capabilities

• Deliver awesome experiences for customers

• Provide guidance and mentoring for team mates in growing their careers

• Work with other business units and collaborate across competencies

• Ensure that your team is able to resolve project issues, communicate status, and coordinate activities with peer teams across geographies

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience

• 4+ years of experience building highly distributed systems

• 8+ years of experience developing software

• 2+ years of experience managing high performing engineering teams

• Experience with cloud platforms, containers, VMs etc technologies a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and requirements

• Good team player, high EQ

• Strong problem solving and operational process skills and attention to detail
