The Program Manager, Checkout Product Analytics position is responsible for planning, innovating, and leading some of the most critical enterprise wise product analytics initiatives. This person, with keen organization and great communication skills, will develop best-in-class processes for all of Checkout, Instrumentation and Auth Rate (CIA) Product Analytics team that are simple, scalable, and results-oriented. Their goal will be to lead program coordination across of series of 30+ strategic product initiatives, develop process to continuously monitor and track progress across multiple initiatives. This person also would lead organizational efforts across CIA team including support with Resourcing budgeting, planning projects and provide support to our global instrumentation team to ensure data driven solutions are effectively implemented across our fast-paced, dynamic organization. The position is highly visible involves frequent interaction with leaders across Analytics, Instrumentation, Data Infrastructure and Product.

  • Plan, lead and successfully lead XO Product Analytics transformation projects.  Establish clear roles and responsibilities, and lead as the driving force behind the process of aligning key organizational stakeholders across product, instrumentation and analytics teams.
  • Manage a large (30+)  portfolio of Checkout, Instrumentation and Auth Rate initiatives, pioneer process to develop and track program performance, lead program management team meetings, identify cross-functional dependencies, create roadmaps and lead all teams to reach key milestones.  
  • Collaborate with instrumentation project team members to complete business and scoping requirements for plan to get to full scale self-serve automation.  Lead as a key strategic member to develop roadmap, develop and produce effective steps and frameworks set a vision for implementation. Coordinate overall workflow with larger resource pool as necessary. Take necessary pro-active measures to ensure projects are on-track with ability to anticipate, minimize and mitigate risks.
  • Drive cross functional product analytics roadmaps, lead grassroot efforts to streamline processes, develop new tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to help scale analytics capabilities with the growth of the organization and company.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, memos, and reports for the executive team. And iterate on portfolio and program management standards and successfully deploy across the product analytics organization.
  • Demonstrate a curiosity and a lean towards challenging existing processes to continuously optimize. Assist with the development of business case and business value analyses.
  • Lead and coordinate all Resourcing Budgeting and Planning requests across CIA team to support team wide goals and initiatives.
  • Support the vision and values of the Program Management & Communications team by leading domain specific education learning series, communications creation and x-domain firedrill support and other team initiatives as requested.


  • 4+ years of relevant experience in strategy, product, analytics, project/program management.
  • Fundamental understanding of analytics concepts with past exposure to projects involving digital products, product KPI, experimentation. Broad understanding of data flow, instrumentation, tracking is great to have.    
  • A self-starter that uses great judgment to keep programs and projects moving forward and completed on target.
  • Strong process orientation and demonstrated ability to define and document new or improved business planning and management processes and reporting mechanisms. Demonstrated understanding of process improvement programs and processes, with experience driving them successfully within organizations highly preferred.
  • Highly skilled in framework development, creation of presentations, new reporting mechanisms and other documents. High attention to detail with ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and distill it in crisp, clear language appropriate for a variety of audiences.
  • Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles. Proactive, resourceful, and creative in fully utilizing available analytics resources and data to consolidate excellent analysis
  • Excellent organization, verbal communication, presentation, coordination and teamwork skills with demonstrated ability to gain trust, secure buy-in and influence change at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-based environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and service-oriented.
  • Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint) required.
