What You'll Do: As Owned Channel Analytics Lead, you will: • Transform high-level business requirements into detailed analytical solutions and play a hands-on role in leveraging technology to build them • Lead a team of analysts supporting various squad teams in optimizing the impact of owned marketing channels across various stages of the lifecycle. Coordinate the work of the analysts and eventually provide training. Provide technical supervision to analysts and stakeholders. Supervise the development of statistically correct test designs to secure that output is correct and delivers the insights that are needed • Consolidate analytical output and insights of the various performance marketing squad teams to get to an overall better understanding of what is necessary to drive a more significant impact through marketing across all stages of the lifecycle and communicate this to the stakeholders • Ensure rigorous quality control over data, analyses and metrics, and organizational clarity and alignment for crucial business and marketing metrics • Derive actionable insights based on quantitative and qualitative research to understand opportunities and identify gaps. Further, use this research to help grow and optimize the business through deep-dive analysis on large customer interaction data sets • Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation. • A strong, articulate communicator with business acumen who can work efficiently and effectively with key stakeholders across multiple teams and geographies to define and produce business metrics and insights within a given time frame • Work and establish good working relationships with other marketing/marketing analytics teams to leverage existing infra for the team and continuously engage with these teams for idea cross-pollination - Collaborate with the strategic managers to ensure alignment with the future need of the business

About You: 

  • More than 5+ years working in a marketing analytics role, business analyst or in a similar analytical position
  • 2 years experience in leading small teams of analysts
  • At least 2+ years of experience with dashboarding tools like Tableau/Periscope/Looker
  • Advanced proficiency with SQL (Big Query) and highly skilled in at least one scripting language such as Python.  
  • Working knowledge of Python, R, and/or other data-wrangling capabilities are a plus 
  • Deep experience with A/B testing and supporting measurement and attribution techniques 
  • Basic understanding of predictive modeling / Data Science will be considered as a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and a fast-paced environment
