The PayPal Talent Development & Learning team is seeking a highly engaged, passionate and dynamic individual to join our team. This role will help to support PayPal new hires and hiring managers by re-imagining our onboarding processes, tools and systems so that we provide a best-in-class onboarding experience that is both effective and efficient. This role will be responsible for owning and working with our partners to maintain all of onboarding processes, tools and systems. In addition, this role will work with the Director of Employee Development and our key partners to drive the direction of all future onboarding projects and technology enhancements. This role reports to the Director of Employee Development. Primary Job Responsibilities •Manage and help to maintain all existing global onboarding processes, technology & tools and various systems •Manage and own all metrics, surveys and reporting for onboarding globally •Help to manage and own onboarding roadmap, which directs all priorities and projects under the onboarding workstream •Maintain and own onboarding portal and Bridge pages •Manage and own all global onboarding communications •Partner with key stakeholders across the company and external vendors to ensure alignment on all onboarding processes, tools and systems (both current and future) •Create and launch new employee tools (dashboards, toolkits, portals, etc.) to support knowledge management and onboarding •Serve as a champion and change agent shaping the culture of the company •Support various ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed
