Sales Transformation - Sales M&A Integration We are looking for a Manager Sales M&A Integration to lead the integration of companies acquired by PayPal into our Global Sales organization. You will join a fast-paced, collaborative group and help to build our integration capabilities. Our goal is to deliver a world-class integration experience for our acquired businesses as we integrate them into our Global Sales Organization and bring their product solutions to our customers. The Manager Sales M&A Integration will possess strong business acumen, planning, leadership, analytical and communication skills along with proven effectiveness engaging and coordinating an extended, cross-functional integration team. This role will report to the Senior Director Sales Transformation.

You drive Sales M&A Integration Planning: 

  • Drive Sales M&A integration planning identifying and aligning strategy, creating integration plans and driving execution.  Account for the unique business objectives, challenges, and complexities of each acquired business. 
  • Participate in early due diligence with the Corporate Development team to understand and identify the strategic objectives relating to bringing Acquired Products to market and integrating the Sales and Servicing teams into PayPal’s Sales organization, assess the target company, and provide early inputs on sales planning, risks, and mitigation. 
  • Develop robust integration strategies and build repeatable processes for Sales integration
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses for strategic planning and integration efforts 
  • Develop integration metrics that demonstrate and align to a clear path to a successful sales integration

  • Develop and maintain a trusted advisor role with both the acquired and PayPal leadership 
  • Build close working relationships to motivate, collaborate, and work successfully in a team environment.

  • Partner with Sales leaders to deliver business performance metrics and results.

  • Confidently adapt to various M&A scenarios including 20-person acquisitions to 1,000+-person, multi-year integration programs.

  • Your days will include building integration plans, identifying and resolving issues, driving execution and reporting on progress against integration plans, presenting to executive sponsors, checking in with cross-functional leaders, tightly managing calendars to ensure stakeholder engagement, and collaborating with an extended Sales Integration team to continually improve our operating framework and drive excellence in execution.  
  • Develop a comprehensive integration project plan which includes all workstream and functional team tasks to achieve the success metrics.  You deliver as One Team. 
  • Effective at working in highly matrixed organizations and in a rapidly changing environment. 

You constantly look to improve Sales M&A Integration Processes and Tools: 

  • Exceptional program management and prioritization skills.  
  • Experienced in estimation, planning, framework and process design, and implementation across a complex business. 
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvements in our Sales M&A Integration methodology, playbooks, and tools. 


  • 5+ yrs M&A Integration, Sales, Sales Operations or similar position leading strategy and execution for complex, transformational programs. 
  • Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent. 
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, SFDC
  • Understanding of and experience with standard business practices related to sales operations processes and systems (sales cycle,, reporting, forecasting, territory management, sales quotas and sales compensation)
  • Cross-border or in-country M&A Integration or comparable program experience 
  • Ability to travel 25% (potentially increased during peak deal activity)
