Responsible for the development and optimisation of consumer engagement program across the portfolio of PayPal’s fastest growing 170+ International markets.

  • ​Engagement Strategy: Devise and implement optimized strategy and roadmap including:
  • Consumer adoption program driving the 2nd-4th TXN beyond the early life phase
  • HV Cross Sell- Driving incremental actions identified to deliver increased engagement and CV
  • Engagement Triggers - Maintain Intl engagement triggers optimizing  automated engagement
  • Churn Save – Early intervention to re-engage at risk customers preventing churn
  • Performance Management: Drives focus on customer-centric measures, clear goals and an operating model that delivers reliable returns on investment
  • Program Innovation: Partner with Analytics team to uncover user insights, create the experimentation roadmap and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to enhance campaign effectiveness.Growth Discipline: Lead & embody agile ways of working : Growth mindset managing experimentation  program driving continuous program improvement. Where appropriate partnering with Global Growth squads to deliver the biggest impact for the portfolio program
  • Growth Stack: Partners with supporting teams (e.g.., Analytics, GDS, ETX, Performance Creative, Program Delivery, Channels…) and drive adoption of new capabilities in engagement program
  • Channel Development: Identifies, business cases, and trials new channels of engagement to grow the ways in which PayPal grows high value cohorts of consumers across the International Markets

Key Skills / Experience
  • B2C expert and understand consumer payments space
  • 8-10 working expertise of CRM / Engagement marketing with a proven track record of successfully executed campaigns, the ability to set best practices and hold team’s accountable.
  • Strong track record of distilling actionable insights from data to improve multi-channel marketing strategy.
  • Deep understanding  of budget forecasting and ROI assessment/tracking
  • Understanding of ad technology
  • Ability to understand and market to multiple markets across International Markets
