Manager, Growth Marketing Content will drive ongoing messaging strategy and optimal performance of marketing assets across engagement programs.

Manager, Growth Marketing Content (m/f/d)

Key Goals

•Reach Squad Performance targets such as incremental trial of new products, app penetration and # of transactions / customer
•Deliver performance lift from winning experiments and scaled optimization
•Reach speed and agility target goals – sprints, experiments/user stories, on-time delivery
•Deliver optimal and consistent customer experience across programs
•Build a creative experimentation strategy to enhance performance
•Ensure timely creative execution 
•Optimal creative agency/resource/budget management 

Key Responsibility

Planning & Strategy

•Act as active stakeholder on ideation, strategy and creation of the the experimentation roadmap, coming up and seeking ideas with greatest odds to “raise the ceiling”
•Help drive Backlog prioritization working with growth analytics to size / model highest potential ideas 
•Drive & coordinate overarching creative & messaging strategy that resonates with target audience and delivers against program goals
•Ensure elevated creative and holistic story / messaging across the entire customer experience and programs
•Evolve optimal value promises against customer constraints and motivations of key customer segments

Testing & Execution

•Develop creative brief and lead end-to-end creative development from inception through delivery
•Manage embedded creative agency – brief, guidance and production – and coordinate approval through Legal and other critical parties
•Develop and run testing agenda across platforms dramatically increasing # of potential winning permutations. 
•Build and execute thorough testing agenda into each experiment / initiative. Ensure optimal measurement and built-in in-flight optimization
•Actively monitor and seek learning immediately post launch to improve results in-flight

Learnings & Analytics

•Drive rigorous learning and insights post launch. Audit every aspect of the experiment reflecting insights into the next experiment
•Conduct creative reviews on major launches and performance insights
•Seek to innovate and scale what has been proven as fast as possible to achieve maximum impact

Growth / Agile Discipline

•Embody agile ways of working from planning through execution and learnings – ceremonies and artifacts ​

Skills & Expertise

•Marketing or Creative Arts Degree or equivalent
•Performance marketing experience with expertise in content & campaign delivery
•Good knowledge of Omni channel Digital Marketing 
•Performance marketer with expertise in data, testing  & content strategy
•Expertise in seeking and translating customer feedback and insights into new ideas that drive incremental results
•Strong understanding of user psychology and social / media landscape
•Strong creative and equally strong analytical mindset
•Campaign development and production experience, including agency management
•Strong budget management
•Entrepreneurial & Results Focused: bring a ‘hustler’ style mentality and be highly results oriented. Get things done against the odds
