We're looking for a Manager, Growth FP&A to join the PayPal BCDC Finance team, helping to scale and amplify PayPal’s activities in the crypto sector.  You will be an essential member of the team driving commercial actions around emerging industry dynamics, key initiatives, and strategic scenarios.  You will work closely with our product, business development, analytics and marketing colleagues to set, analyze and project the right metrics for the evaluation of our growth strategies. In this visible role, you will guide meaningful decisions and have direct exposure to senior management across PayPal.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, forecast, and operationalize growth initiatives, working with our partners across the organization to act decisively on stakeholder priorities
  • Define compelling hypotheses, identify new opportunities, and build business cases and quantitative models to support rapid growth
  • Develop critical insights into our evolving competitive positioning and refine our actionable paths forward
  • Build a collaborative and agile team environment that generates best-in-class execution, innovation, and market-leading outcomes

Job Qualifications (required):

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years work experience in a field requiring strong problem-solving skills including investment banking, consulting, venture capital or equity research
  • Demonstrated quantitative abilities and Excel modeling proficiency
  • Intellectually curious, entrepreneurial and enjoys taking ownership of projects and being accountable for results
  • Strategic mindset primed for cross-company stakeholder collaboration
  • Able to crystalize complex topics and present them to executive audiences

Job Qualifications (desired):

  • Previous consumer tech or fintech experience is a plus, as is familiarity with customer segmentation analysis and best practices
  • Domain experience in product, marketing or growth analytics is a plus, along with skills with related visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
  • BA/BS degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Accounting or Math is a plus
