Within the PMM team, the Manager, Product Marketing (Enterprise and Global Accounts) will have a focus on our product capabilities that are aligned with our Enterprise and Global Accounts segment and will be integral to inbound (voice of customer) and outbound (Go-To-Market) activities related to characterizing customer needs and driving great products into the Enterprise and Global Accounts sales channels and customer base globally. Job Description:

The Manager, Product Marketing (Enterprise and Global Accounts) will report to the Director of PMM (Enterprise and Global Accounts) and will focus on a variety of Enterprise and Global Accounts product initiatives (centered around payment capabilities) to deliver a steady stream of customer and competitive insights, identify evolving merchant trends, tailor approaches for distinct verticals, and orchestrate the launch and scale of innovative new products globally. The role requires a strong understanding of customer needs for large enterprises in the payments space, and of the sales channels to reach those customers. The role also requires strong PMM craft skills and methodologies, in order to distill and evolve best practices and approaches.

The ideal candidate should have experience in:

  • Product Marketing or a similar discipline
  • Creating impactful Go-To-Market strategies and driving results
  • Knowledge of payments
  • Knowledge of large enterprise sales/buying practices
  • Executing complex programs through a matrix organization
  • Influencing stakeholders

The ideal candidate should also be highly collaborative, excel at working in a cross functional environment and managing multiple stakeholders and be comfortable with ambiguity.

The Senior Manager will also contribute and help to drive the culture within the team, and support team members as needed.
