As a member of the Consumer Planning Team you will play a pivotal role in aiding in the creation of the Consumer Marketing Plan and the 12-month rolling calendar. This role will serve as a key bridge to our Product & Partnerships teams, building close relationships with the teams, and ensuring our plans reflect all product priorities, global partnerships, country/regional partnerships, Honey & PayPal shopping plans, & in store events/activations

Our team - the Consumer Planning Team is responsible for the creation and communication of an end to end  Consumer Marketing Plan, the 12 month rolling calendar, and a customer contact strategy that aligns to the Consumer Segment Strategy and integrates product plans and priorities, partnership activations, and cultural, seasonal, and shopping moments to deliver always on content, performance marketing, and brand moments that differentiate our brand, create demand for our products, engage our prospects and customers and build competitive advantage for our Platform in each of our Core Markets.


  • Assist in the creation of the Consumer Marketing Plan and the 12-month rolling calendar
  • Partner with Product to ensure Product Priorities, Plans and Platform Value Proposition are 100% aligned to the Consumer Marketing Plan and reflective of joint planning and a highly integrated partnership model with the Product Marketing Team and the Consumer Product Team
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships teams on the Integration of Strategic Partnerships and the key priorities of Sales and Business Development into the Consumer Plan and Calendar.
  • Help Develop Strong relationships and operating cadences with the Sales Team at Global, Regional, and Local levels
  • Champion our Customer: Translate consumer needs to relevance within your scope of work & infuse ‘customer impact’ into decision making


  • 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in best-in-class consumer or financial services brands
  • Experience collaborating within dynamic and matrixed organizations 
  • Proven strategic experience designing and delivering impactful marketing solutions 
  • Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, and able to flex as needed
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and excellent presenting skills 
  • Degree in Marketing, Strategy, or related field. MBA a plus.
