The Manager, Business Solutions Go-To-Market will be responsible for defining and setting the course of PayPal’s value proposition for Businesses in PayPal’s largest markets. This person will be responsible for building and orchestrating effective strategies to shape the way small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) interact with PayPal, empowering them to expand their businesses and take full advantage of PayPal’s platform. Those strategies will be based on a thorough understanding of our customers’ needs and the articulation of the key strengths and differentiators of PayPal’s solutions to meet those needs. In addition the Manager, Business Solutions Go-To-Market will be a key member of PayPal’s global Business Solutions Go-To-Market team and will, at a global level, be responsible for the Go-To-Market strategies for selected customer segments. Through this global segment lens, they will be responsible for defining differentiated value propositions, effective sell-to strategies and unlocking new growth opportunities via partnerships, product and marketing.


  • Define segment-specific value propositions and Go-To-Market plans for PayPal’s Business Solutions in PayPal’s largest markets
  • Decide which Business segments to prioritize for these markets, understand the needs of customers in these segments and how we tailor PayPal’s value proposition for Business to best meet these needs.
  • Develop and orchestrate the Go-To-Market strategy for new Business products and capabilities that PayPal launches
  • Balancing the need to find commonalities across markets that enable scale with an appreciation of unique market characteristics to ensure local relevance of our Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Work closely with Strategy, Marketing, PMM and Sales teams to develop and execute new customer growth strategies and inform product roadmap prioritization
  • Understand SMB trends and deeply connect with customer needs. Identify new opportunities to unlock growth
  • Define PayPal’s value proposition and develop the global Go-To-Market strategy for selected Business customer segments. Provide strategic guidance for global marketing campaigns and influence product vision & roadmap
  • Have and maintain deep expertise and understanding of the digital commerce & payments competitive landscape for Business in selected global customer segments, including an understanding of the marketplace and eCommerce platform dynamics which heavily influence the SMB segment.
  • Deliver consistent strategic positioning, messaging, target audience and branding of our business value proposition for Business to PayPal sales, servicing and marketing teams.
  • Drive the delivery of Go-To-Market initiatives and track their performance across customer sub-segments, markets and channels.
  • Act as the voice of Business customers in PayPal


  • Experience at the forefront of the B2B sector with a passion for serving SMBs in an innovative and global environment.
  • Experience in leading and influencing large cross-functional teams to a clear outcome
  • Experience in business case development, market and opportunity sizing and preparing strategic recommendations for senior executives
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex topics while not losing sight of details
  • Combination of strategic thinking with hands on execution
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills, able to manage through data and insights to build compelling and innovative strategies
  • Very strong customer focus, naturally including customer perspective in plans, decisions and actions
  • Experience leading complex strategic and operational initiatives, working through technical, operational, legal/policy and business issues
  • min. 5+ years working in a business strategy or product marketing capacity
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a natural talent for crafting and presenting compelling recommendations at C-level
  • Experience in the fin-tech or payments space a plus
