This role requires deep technical understanding of IT technologies and processes coupled with strong interpersonal skills to partner with peers and executive leadership The incumbent will understand an acquired company’s key business processes and assess IT processes and technology. This will be used to drive integration efforts by working closely with team members across multiple organizations to plan and implement technical services, establish full monitoring, business adoption, and operationalization of service, office build & integration playbooks. You should have experience leading M&A due diligence and integration efforts, possess stellar written and verbal communication skills, have demonstrated success influencing others where you don’t have authority, and be highly organized. You should be detail oriented, meticulous, customer-focused, and have a reputation for getting things done. Moreover, you love operating in a dynamic and demanding environment, think critically, act quickly, and partner naturally. Good judgment, and team building skills are coveted.

  • Develop Corp IT M&A strategic plans and roadmaps that are aligned to business strategies and requirements.
  • Leading corp IT M&A due diligence and integration efforts, with strong written and verbal communication skills, have demonstrated success influencing others and be highly organized.
  • Manage M&A integrations and provide IT requirements (Onboarding, Mail Migration, Desktop Migration, Networking Migration, Support & Services integration, etc.), and monitor the implementation of the design through project completion
  • Responsible for working alongside all the technical teams to streamline the IT room activities, office build outs and MnA Integrations in the Employee Technology space
  • Ensure scope, benefits, costs, time-line, and risks are identified for each IT project with 95% accuracy.
  • Responsible for working with management to assemble project team (indirect reports), assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, obtaining task commitments and driving successful completion of deliverables.
  • Oversee, coordinate, and schedule relevant project stakeholders including technology vendor(s), subject matter experts - Network, telecom, AV/VC collaboration, end user services etc, technology service owners, corporate communications, corporate training, management, etc.
  • Partner with Security organization and each of the employee technology application vertical teams - HR, Sales, Finance, Marketing in integrating their application stack and processes to the larger Paypal platform
  • Influence Critical stakeholders and negotiate solutions that enable IT operational excellence (effectiveness and efficiency) and a One Company One platform philosophy
  • Accurately and completely prepare IT Services & Infrastructure organization project costs, justification, ROI, present them to the project sponsor using the approved process and forms, and obtain project cost approval.
  • Provide guidance and hands-on experience to M&A project teams in design, development, and maintenance of M&A processes that are risk appropriate and prioritize accordingly.
  • Provide technical support and documentation for project implementations (i.e. end user communication, training, FAQs, etc)
