As a Lead Product Manager, you will drive the vision, road map and execution of life cycle seller experiences. You will create innovative capabilities that will drive value and increase seller engagement at PayPal.

Partners are a significant channel for PayPal. The mission of the Partner Products team is to build the right set of products and features that enable partners and their sellers to seamlessly onboard, process and manage their payments with PayPal.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager who is pre-wired to love understanding people, their problems, and is passionate about creating experiences that are simple and effective. You will own, drive and create world-class seller experiences over their lifecycle. You are entrepreneurial, customer-centric and are laser focused on executing at scale. In this role, you will partner with diverse cross-functional teams to define, lead, execute, monitor and deliver results for sellers. 


  • Build a strategic vision & road map for seller experiences and growth.
  • Create a deep understanding of our sellers’ needs and what they want to accomplish. Analyze current experiences to define friction points. Leverage this to create simple and effective experiences that create value.
  • Author detailed product requirements and lead an agile team of engineers and designers.
  • Manage a small team of product managers.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your features.
  • Build relationships with the wide array of teams who own elements of the vision to share execution and create disciplined accountability.
  • Build trust and effective relationships with peers and provide thought leadership across the organization.


  • 10+ years as a product manager. Bachelor’s required, MBA or MS preferred.
  • Experienced as a global product manager with a track record of designing, building and launching products that customers love and have a real business impact.
  • Developed and executed on a multiyear roadmap that is aligned with business strategies.
  • Strong customer understanding skills, ability to explore and structure customers’ insights.
  • Problem framing – you can cut through the noise and laser focus on what really matters. Strategic thinker, with the ability to dive into details, unfazed by technology complexity.
  • Experienced creating simple and intuitive user interfaces—ability to create examples through wireframes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player; ability to interface and build relations at all levels internally and externally.
  • Experience managing other product managers.
