We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager in PayPal's Digital Identity and Authentication experiences to drive the product vision and strategy to build the industry’s leading authentication and verification platform. These capabilities enable trust and safety for all users in the entire PayPal ecosystem and empower multiple teams to build new products and experiences across Risk MO's. Individual should be well experienced and passionate in enabling customer focussed user experiences that enable critical use cases relating to Account Protection, Security Settings Management, 2FA Enrollment and Authentication Experiences with attention to detail on conversion & business growth in stronger collaboration with engineering, decision scientists, UX and content, analysts, and operations. Bring industry best practices to PayPal and be an evangelist for Account Protection and Authentication platform gathering data and evaluating new product ideas.

We are looking for people who

  • Lead the long-term vision and strategy in providing a customer focussed Security Experiences Platform, focussing on enabling and maintaining experiences like Account Protection & Security, Step Up authentication, 2FA enrollment & User Settings Management
  • Works with product planning and development on new products, current product enhancements, and ensuring product differentiation in the market.
  • Communicate roadmaps, priorities, and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences from partner teams to executive levels. Ensure that key leadership & stakeholders are aligned on proper priorities, opportunities, and progress on key initiatives
  • Evaluates business opportunities to optimize the product portfolio through analysis and understanding of targeted markets, market trends, customer business issues, and the competitive landscape.
  • Take a data-centric approach to prioritizing and measuring new features.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of experience in Product Management with prior experiences working with UI design systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Ability to work successfully within a team and manage a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Able to guide individuals with different personalities and styles to a common outcome.
  • Ability to inspire and lead development teams without management authority.
  • Effective communication skills: ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
  • High degree of organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Obsessed with delivering value to customers.
  • Proven track record of delivering products and features in a timely fashion with high quality.
  • Confident in decision-making, providing concise, clear, direct communication
