We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager who is passionate about solving customer problems and creating experiences that are elegant and effective. This individual will build product strategies and define the vision for your products. He/She will own, drive and create world-class customer experiences throughout the lifecycle. You are customer-centric, continuously demonstrate strategic & analytical abilities, and are laser-focused on executing at scale. In this role, you partner with diverse cross-functional teams to lead, execute and deliver results. You must have the ability to succeed in a matrix environment, where success is dependent on your ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners in a positive, productive and transparent way. You will work closely with every function to drive our most critical product and platform initiatives in AI/ML.


  • Think strategically and creatively to gather product and customer insights. Drive market research, competitive analysis, business metrics to inform platform product direction.
  • Define product vision, strategy and roadmap by working with cross-functional teams (business, partners, program, architecture, development, UX).
  • Define detailed product requirements, scope, release, and measure features to ensure the customer and business goals are met.
  • Drive product development and execution with a team of world-class engineers and designers. 
  • Build trust and effective relationships with peers/cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders to communicate AI/ML vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact.


  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field. Advanced degrees including MA/MS, PhD or MBA a plus.
  • 12+ years relevant experience in product management, product development or architecture design with a focus on technology platform, data and machine learning services and APIs.
  • Experience must include large-scale application platform and infrastructure management. Experience with public cloud providers such as Google, AWS, Azure is preferred.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies to understand customers, ability to explore and structure customers’ insights to inform prioritization.
  • Strong ability to translate product needs to technology and understand technology.  Detail-oriented, unfazed by technical detail, committed to flawless execution.
  • Mastery of technical concepts and system-design, ability to participate in technical discussions and help make technical trade-offs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team player; ability to interface and build relations at all levels.
  • Experience working with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features and technical designs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing customer-facing products, technologies and platforms.
  • Working knowledge of deep learning, machine learning and statistics.
  • Working knowledge of SaaS AI platforms and have prior experience in migrating on-prem AI/ML platform to public cloud.
  • A Strong product and technical leadership, project management and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver and drive technical decisions with various sized customer stakeholder groups.
