Interface with provided leads and prospective business customers for purpose of selling products and/or services while maintaining high level of customer service/satisfaction (acting as main point of contact for inquiries) • Perform outbound calling to all leads provided by PayPal to identify sales opportunity • Overcome initial gatekeeper objections, remaining professional yet persistent in reaching decision maker • Approach decision makers in a professional, personable, and friendly manner to build rapport and trust with prospective customers • Utilize a consultative sales approach while probing for information and ask appropriate open-ended questions to uncover, assess and understand customer’s business needs and concerns • Multi-task to quickly interpret needs, review information provided and recognize appropriate sales solutions that will meet customer’s discovered needs
