About the team: This role will join a growing, highly collaborative team of creatives and production professionals that wear many hats and encourages diverse perspective. Supporting various programs and initiatives, the Creative Production team is responsible for all post-production needs across paid channels. About the role: This position calls for a creative, efficient, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional responsible for video production, performance versioning, and finishing. The ideal candidate executes but also thinks strategically about how to identify the most impactful ways to drive engagement through performance YouTube advertising. This role will work closely with the head of production, producer and creative directors.

What You’ll Do:

As a Hybrid Creative at Honey, you will:

  • Work from creative briefs and existing footage to deliver concise and polished final videos.
  • Deliver ad sets composed of testable versions, while maintaining organized project files for future edits.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and reach KPIs, implement learnings and execute iterations
  • Provide general sound and set design, lighting, and color correction
  • Create motion graphics elements involving typography, photography, video, and animation
  • Strong organizational habits, communication skills, attention to detail, and workflow efficiency.
  • Team player: you enjoy working with others, and you appreciate and act on feedback.
  • Meet deadlines and manage deliverables throughout multiple work streams
  • Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency

About You:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics and design
  • 3+ years of performance marketing experience
  • Ability to concept, script, shoot and edit short-form video content, from 15-second Instagram stories to 10-minute YouTube/Influencer tutorials.
  • Proactive strategic thinker with creative problem solving ideas
  • Analytical and growth mindset, able to use data to understand current and upcoming trends
  • Preferred proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator; Frame.io; Microsoft Office Suite, and file sharing systems
