The Talent Partner is the primary contact for the Client HR Business Partner to the Talent Center of Excellence. They serve as Voice of Customer, representing their HRBP's and aligned Business functions. Talent Partners develop the Talent Strategy with HRBP and Business and create connections within the Talent COE Liaison. Additionally, they present and drive outcomes using relevant data & insights from People Analytics function.

  • Provide strategic support for business by partnering in the development of a talent strategy to support attraction, engagement, development & coaching and diversity & inclusion; acts as a trusted and credible partner who anticipates needs and proactively recommends solutions
  • Operate as a strong partner and liaison between the business/aligned HRBP(s) and other members of the Talent COE who orchestrates the delivery of services that support the business strategy
  • Conduct talent needs assessment and engages the appropriate SME to determine appropriate course of action and solutions; scans for future trends internally and externally
  • Partner with business leaders/HRBP(s) on workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning and diversity & inclusion strategies to develop “talent rhythms” to support the business
  • Partner with HRBP to identify and develop key talent measures/analysis, monitors performance, reviews with business leaders and utilizes the data to help drive business decisions
  • Facilitate a learning and growth culture
  • Drive BU/Market/Region specific D&I plans & initiatives ensuring overall alignment with Corporate D&I strategy
  • Support performance management, career paths and development-oriented culture
  • Ensure effective partnership with the COE’s to provide timely delivery of services and to support client group requirements
  • Leverage employee listening system and other data insights to make talent recommendations that drive culture and engagement and improves organizational performance
  • Ability to translate broad, longer term vision and objectives into specific milestones and goals to deliver key talent initiatives for the business
  • Advise and consult on the staffing strategy and hiring decisions of leaders and other key strategic positions in partnership with HRBP’s
  • Foster a climate of inclusion where diverse thoughts are freely shared and integrated to develop plans and solutions that are best suited to the circumstances
  • Develop and use actionable HR metrics to provide insights that help drive business decisions
  • Develop/drive succession and talent planning efforts that ensure teams have the talent needed to deliver on their strategy


  • 7+ years’ experience in any of the key domain areas:  Talent, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and Engagement.  HR Business Partner experience is critical.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
