  • This role is currently an individual contributor with the potential to grow into a manager. You must have launched consumer social features before.
  • Own and become the expert on social dynamics and how positive and negative emotions come about when money is involved in groups and community settings.
  • Create engagement loops and customer experiences that deliver more value and delight for customers than they expect.
  • Lead, collaborate, and support a highly diverse and cross functional product development team (engineers, designers, analysts, researchers etc) where success requires everyone doing their best craft.
  • Prioritize ruthlessly and focus on doing fewer things better, faster, and with higher quality.
  • Be relentlessly truth-seeking. You design experiments and conduct research that cut through the noise to find what’s working for the customer or not.
  • Drive clarity and confidence of customer data and insights; monitor and measure every launch and then feed the learning back into product development.


  • MUST HAVE: you have built consumer social features.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent, plus hands-on software product management experience. Technical understanding must be full stack from front end to the backend. MBA is a plus.
  • 6+ years experience delivering consumer products that people crave and love. You think in virtuous loops and deliver value at every customer touchpoint.
  • Master disambiguator and clarity driver. You thrive in ambiguity and bring structured thinking or framework to assist and drive decision making.
  • Great product sense + brilliant business acumen. Even so, you’re humble and know that a diversity of feedback is better than one person’s point of view any day.
  • Highly empathetic and insanely curious. You keep your own biases and assumptions in check by frequently talking to customers and getting to the why of everything.
  • Grittiness – you see obstacles as opportunities for parkour and fun. You take feedback well and as a gift.
