The Head of Creative Lab will be responsible for setting up and leading the Creative Lab team and their roster of external partners, across International markets. A senior leader on the International Marketing Leadership Team, they will drive PayPal’s creative vision and ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do. They will be responsible for driving strategic, creative, and executional excellence, across every single piece of communications our customers see. Ensuring the PayPal brand is represented in an authentic and consistent way, the Head of Creative Lab will have a deep understanding of PayPal’s customers (across consumer, merchant and partner), brand, products, services, features and value propositions, and facilitate a strong collaborative culture with other teams, to drive accountability and business impact.

  • 10-15+ years marketing experience 
  • Degree-qualified in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, Consulting or Economics (preferred)
  • Proven experience in Strategy, Creative, Communications, Digital, Content, Media 
  • Lateral thinker, highly strategic problem solver 
  • Strong planning, process, organizing and prioritization skills
  • Strong storyteller - outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Can work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, high change agility
  • Motivated by enabling others’ success and experience in business partnering
  • Strong attention to detail and design
  • Ability to influence in a complex matrix structure
