Responsible for analyzing and evaluating operational performance metrics and resources regarding the Global Background Screening. Creates and facilitates reporting and analysis to evaluate operational initiatives and drive operational efficiencies. Develops and maintains standard reporting measures, quantitative explanation of relevant data and ongoing analysis of alternatives and solutions. Quantitatively evaluates and recommends action plans, based on all operational reporting and analysis to drive operational efficiencies.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the background team, internal customers, leadership, and the business.
  • Conducts basic analysis to detect trends, identify issues and gather information to prepare informational reports and recommend changes to management.
  • Provide special reports and analysis, as necessary, to support the business needs.
  • Maps metrics against the Company's operational plans and tactical/strategic goals to ensure alignment and focus.
  • Analysis on the background check process to insure reporting for compliance with policy, laws, and other regulations.
  • Utilize data analysis to create and implement continuous improvement roadmap for global background check processes
  • Supports efforts to maintain accurate master data including working with members of the Employment Central, Global Talent Acquisition and our third-party vendor.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Assist with the creation of a reporting database for background checks on the team SharePoint.
  • Operationalize all APAC Fit and Proper policies and ensure adherence
  • Ensure accuracy of data through partnerships with team members and third-party vendor.
  • Consolidates data reports and delivers to help drive data-based strategic decision making.
  • Provides user feedback to management and helps influence future systems enhancements.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Delivery of strong customer service with the ability to move others to action.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 year’s prior HR/reporting experience in a global matrixed company.
  • Excellent working knowledge of background check process and regulations is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to quickly analyze situations and clearly articulate needs and opportunities.
  • Advanced Excel skills including the ability to gather data from multiple sources and generate reports in Excel using tools such as charts, graphs, look ups and pivots.
  • Ability to deliver reports and analysis to leadership in a succinct and clear method.
  • Continuous improvement methodology practitioner (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Goal driven with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to anticipate, recognize and define problems using data to draw conclusions and provide global solutions.
