The Finance Operations role will be part of Omni Payments, Branded Experiences, Sales & Global Marketing CoE, ensuring seamless step-by-step process from Procure to Invoice. Responsible for opening PO's in adherence to Corp policy. Work closely with BU's for an accurate forecast of PO's and create/update EMT records accordingly. Work with Finance to ensure an accurate month-end close and forecast.

• Partner with BU to understand requirements and deadlines 
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, AWF Team to understand their requirements and processes
• Partner with AP team to understand process and tools for invoicing

• Partner with Finance to understand month end process and reporting

• Assist in budget management activities within the team, including monthly forecasting and day to day expense tracking.
• Populate EMT with forecasted spend and adjust as needed
• Onboard new vendors – submit request to Supplier Team, manage approval process, request MSA with legal, SOW finalization, open PO, and train on Supplier Portal and invoicing process 
• Obtain all required contracts to submit to legal for approval 
• Support improvements to processes and systems to streamline efficiency.

• Secure internal approvals for APAC and EMEA contracts and submit required CAS forms to International Legal Team
• Submit contracts to Legal for approval and signatures via Docusign
• Submit PO request in SRM
• Update EMT with PO information

• Work with BU to ensure that Finance has all the relevant information needed for month-end close and to provide back up documentation
• Invoice reconciliation with vendors as needed
• Close POs in SRM and work with Finance to ensure accrual releases, if appropriate
• Change PO Owners due to re-org or attrition
• Remind teams to approve invoices and PO in a timely manner 
The individual will need to be a self-starter, have an inquiring mind, a proactive nature, business acumen and a passion for creative problem solving.
• The ideal candidate will be able to do more than merely report on the metrics or track spend. They will be able to collaborate and influence across the PayPal organization
