• Build annual budget and monthly rolling forecast of China business and key metrics • Explain performance variance. Identify risk & opportunity. • Coordinate critical business reviews and process.

  • Develop China budget and rolling forecast of key customer metrics and revenue
  • Track business performance on regular basis. Explain variance with key drivers and in a quantitative way. Identify risk and opportunity.
  • Produce insightful business analysis to China management and APAC finance team.
  • Coordinate with business/functional leader in key business review.
  • Develop ad-hoc deep dive on critical issue.
  • Closely connect with and provide support to BU colleagues
  • Improve forecast accuracy through deep understanding of business driver
  • Improve business process (business performance tracking, system upload, etc)

  • Superior intellectual and quantitative analysis capabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 8+ years of experience in a multinational company, with minimum 3 years in FP&A field.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and financial reporting and planning systems (SQL/Essbase/Teradata, etc)
  • BA/BS required; MBA or Equivalent is preferred
  • Must be fluent in both English and Chinese
