We are looking for an Analyst to join our Product Finance team! As an Analyst, you will analyze the business drivers affecting the company’s key growth initiatives and other strategic objectives. You will manage and build the right financial discipline around selected product areas and feature development. In addition, you will be embedded in the product teams with the opportunity to turn product insights into strategic decisions. Primary responsibilities will include managing key inputs for product-level P&Ls, supporting the Product Management teams through deep financial analyses, contributing meaningfully to the annual planning and forecasting processes, and preparing reports for the Leadership Team. The successful candidate will have the ability to effectively multi-task and problem solve with minimal oversight. In this position you will be an integral member of the team and will be expected to actively engage with the Executive Team, providing deep insights and analytical expertise to help drive the business forward. We are looking for individuals who have the drive and ambition to work more autonomously often in an environment with a high degree of ambiguity.

  • Partner closely with product leaders to drive successful outcomes for your product areas
  • Leverage your financial background to support and influence key strategic and product decisions
  • Provide analytical rigor and bring strategic leadership to operational initiatives
  • Lead strategic and financial planning processes (e.g., Monthly Reviews, Annual Budget, and Long Range Plan), and evaluate organizational tradeoffs in team planning to influence decision making
  • Develop and monitor critical success and business performance metrics, and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
  • Build and own detailed models for in-depth analyses, as well as ensure their quality, timeliness, and accuracy
  • Be your business teams’ go-to financial partner

We're a purpose-driven company whose beliefs are the foundation for how we conduct business every day. We hold ourselves to our One Team Behaviors which demand that we hold the highest ethical standards, to empower an open and diverse workplace, and strive to treat everyone who is touched by our business with dignity and respect. Our employees challenge the status quo, ask questions, and find solutions. We want to break down barriers to financial empowerment. Join us as we change the way the world defines financial freedom.
