The Enterprise Representative is a sales leader responsible for identifying, engaging and delivering the suite of PayPal solutions to both new and existing Large Enterprise clients across ANZ. The primary focus of this role is to identify, engage and consultatively deliver solutions to Australia’s largest commercial organisations. Predominantly focused on new business, this role is critical to building on the ongoing success of PayPal’s commerce platform suite of solutions in online payments arena. Internally this role engages with key stakeholder groups including, technical integration specialists, risk, legal, compliance, finance and marketing.

Key Experience :

  • Minimum 5 years of successfully selling ‘payment’ or solutions into complex, enterprise businesses across the likes  of our Fortune 1000 companies
  • Multi-year track record of successfully managing multiple prospects across traditional sales pipeline stages.
  • Ability to engage and build strong collaborative relationships across a wide range of client stakeholder groups, including C-level Executives, Finance, IT, ecommerce etc
  • Proven consultative sales abilities and demonstrated ability to work well in a matrix environment, collaborate across multiple departments, and influence all levels within an organization to close sales
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision within a driven sales culture where delivering challenging yet achievable sales targets energises you

Responsibilities – what does success look like:-

  • Drives revenue growth of PayPal solutions by meeting or exceeding quotas on monthly and quarterly basis
  • Ability to manage a number of large complex deals through traditional sales cycles by building and leveraging trusted relationships within large organisations at C-level.
  • Additionally, liaises with diverse groups within clients, including Finance, Technology, and Operations, in order to identify and sell complex solutions addressing numerous stakeholder challenges
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure an effective sales effort, including but not limited to product and technical specialists to deliver value propositions across the PayPal portfolio
  • Maintains accurate and up to date records in customer relationship management (PayPal chosen CRM is salesforce.com) system at all times, including activity logs, pipelines, and revenue forecasts
  • Acts in accordance with our compliance and regulatory obligations at all times, including provision of general financial advice
  • Some interstate (and occasional international travel)
