The TPX Central PMO team is asked to lead large, multi-discipline programs that require participation and engagement across the TPX organizations and PayPal at large. As part of our team, you will be responsible for driving outcomes against a variety of business challenges while helping promote the elevation of PMO community and best practices across TPX.

  • 6-8 years of program/project management experience
  • Strong project management full life cycle experience in large scale projects leveraging different methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)  Working with large and diverse teams in multiple locations.
  • Ability to influence where you do not have direct authority through strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactively identify and report on risks, issues and dependencies for the project or program
  • Strong Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and succinctly, complex concepts and program status 
  • Manage efforts that involve 3rd party consulting and/or vendor product companies
  • Strong "story telling", presentation and documentation skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Able to manage financial and procurement duties as part of program/project management
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with matrix reporting structure
  • Highly collaborative and team oriented


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience managing moderately-sized projects and programs from start to finish within highly complex organizations

Preferred / Plus:

  • Large management consulting firm experience a strong plus
  • Experience with highly-available, complex software platforms and cloud technologies a plus
