The E2E certification team is responsible for validating features used by partners, marketplaces, and multilateral solutions. As such, their manager ensures that our products are of the highest possible quality and delight our customers.

This role requires managing a team that validates a unique breadth and depth of our product line, in order to ensure that our largest customers are providing robust, verified, correct, and high-performance experiences to their customers.

The successful candidate will:

  • have 3+ years experience managing a mid-sized team (8-20 members)
  • work with stakeholders across a variety of verticals, including payments, risk, compliance, reporting, and payouts platforms in multiple geographic locations
  • balance resource allocation and prioritization for projects with timelines ranging from immediate to six to nine months
  • have an unyielding passion for ensuring customer success
  • provide frequent updates to stakeholders
  • track and expedite issues discovered during testing
  • provide guidance on test automation framework design and maintenance
