The Enterprise Channel Management Associate will be responsible for coordinating and executing on initiatives to drive performance in owned channels. These initiatives will ladder up to an overall plan to drive continuous performance improvement, create more personalized experiences for customers, and enable marketers inside the organization. The KPI for this role will be driving incremental yield by channel. This will be achieved through coordinated cross-functional efforts with Product, Analytics, Marketing, and Marketing Ops teams. • Marketing Performance: Work alongside Analytics and Marketing Ops to ensure that performance tracking is in place and accurate and participate in regular cadences evaluating touchpoint performance and identifying trends in delivery and yield. • Customer Experience: Coordinate key deliverables aimed at creating a personalized experience for PayPal customers, with the optimal customer journey towards increased engagement. Partner with Product teams to bring new customer experiences to market. • Marketer Enablement: Assist in standing up a modern performance network and help create the standard playbook for performance marketing in service of consumer engagement across owned channel touchpoints, offers and segments.

  • Delivering success against KPIs by executing on prioritized and planned initiatives and contributing to ECM roadmap.
  • Operating as a key member of the team driving step change in performance through centralized optimization model, producing testing frameworks and playbooks.
  • Supporting ECM team in rollout of education, standards, and governance for all consumer-facing initiatives.
  • Innovating the PayPal customer experience and communication strategy, including content strategy performance marketing best practices.
  • Supporting the delivery of well-organized program read-outs, insights, & learnings on a regular basis.

Experience and Skills

  • Recent graduate with up to 1-2 years of experience
  • Marketing or Economics Major Preferred
