The Credit organization in the process of delivering a new credit platform for tenant inside and outside of PayPal to support Consumer and Business lending. As a result we have and opportunity for an individual to manage our loan management system providers and to develop and maintain or Developer Experience portal.

Loan Management System. (FDR, TYSYS and Temenos)

  • Manage LMS Fulfillment and Operations team
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Maintain, Measure and Optimize Cost of Ownership
  • Manage and address Service Level Agreements
  • Set Up and Test new Product Offering on each LMS
  • Manage System outages and Communications with other Credit teams
  • Overall Budget Ownership

Developer Experience

  • Develop and Manage a roadmap for our Developer Experience confluence site and eventually on
  • Manage and Evolve our Platform Maturity scores
  • Work with individual Credit Engineering domains to ensure APIs, integrations, etc are kept up to date and presented in a consistent format
  • Represent the Credit Organization in all Platform routines occurring throughout the greater PayPal organization
