Position Summary As Director of Global Partnership Marketing at PayPal, you’ll work with our largest and most strategic merchant partners to create and execute global marketing programs that drive mutual growth and amplify our impact on the business and our customers. This role offers an unprecedented opportunity to impact PayPal’s immediate and long-term success, and to help define the future of partnership marketing at PayPal. You’ll bring creative, breakthrough marketing ideas to the table, with an extensive analytic and data-driven approach to planning and prioritization. You’ll be responsible for defining and leading high-impact marketing programs that drive new user acquisition and increase usage, loyalty, brand preference and revenue across the PayPal network. You’ll work with some of the world's leading brands to bring PayPal’s unique capabilities and benefits to life in their marketing programs and product experiences to reach shared objectives and KPIs. The ideal candidate for this role has a unique ability to take a diverse, complex range of business inputs and translate them into a clear vision and marketing strategy. They can rally and unite internal and external partners to work toward shared goals with clarity and purpose. Key Responsibilities
•    Plan, implement and manage global, integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, acquisition, usage, and preference for PayPal’s products and services. 
•    Leverage the unique value of PayPal’s global merchant partnerships to drive incremental revenue impact for the business. 
•    Establish clear KPIs and ensure impactful testing and measurement for your marketing programs, with strong communication and accountability for results and business impact
•    Ensure budget spends align with overall company and campaign-level objectives
•    Work closely with our Global Accounts team to bring new business on board by illustrating the strategic value that PayPal can deliver through high-impact partner marketing programs.
•    Build and manage strong relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders
•    Use data and insights to make decisions about our highest impact short and long-term opportunities 
Qualifications
•    10+ years professional experience in marketing for a global brand – experience working with external partners required
•    Experience running high-profile campaigns at global scale, and within a rapidly evolving business environment
•    Globally minded marketer who works effectively and empathetically across geographies 
•    Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to influence teams and individuals
•    Strong analytical thinker with proven ability to translate data into creative, results-oriented marketing strategies
•    Ability to lead multi-stakeholder groups and effectively utilize resources and relationships to drive results
•    Experience in payments a plus - comfort and interest in becoming an expert in new industries a must.
•    Proven success in both B2B and B2C marketing environments
•    Strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial spirit
•    Demonstrated empathetic, collaborative, and flexible working style in high-pressure, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment
