In this role you’ll be finding solutions to some of the toughest and most exciting Sales and Customer Success Management (CSM) questions that we have in PayPal. You will be responsible for driving major cross-functional projects to roll out new products, services and features to our customers. You’ll be at the focal point of our Go-to-Market operational strategies for our Global Sales and Customer Success Teams managing and co-ordinating how we bring products to market. You will also lead performance reporting across our Global CSM team and the multibillion portfolio under management

You’ll be responsible for:

•Supporting the Senior Director of Business Operations in developing, updating and driving the overall business strategy
•Assisting the wider organization in defining product, operational and go-to-market strategies
•Managing performance scorecards and KPIs across CSM, ensuring it is current, factual and accurate, and leading on insight gathering and proposing changes in strategy
•Monitoring and acting upon competitive insight, trends and market activities
•Providing ad-hoc support on complex analysis, studies and presentations for the leadership team
•Contributing to the global roll out of new products and revenue lines to ensure successful go-to-market in the region
•Communicating recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise and impactful way
•Rapidly producing effective executive level communications in high pressure situations with minimal iteration
•Making critical-business decisions: breaking down complex business programmes and backing up reasoning using advanced analysis and insights

About You

•Strong strategy/ consultancy background.
•Experience working with senior stakeholders and driving business operations/ governance
•Experience in project managing cross functional teams
•M&A and/or partnership development as well as experience would be desirable

Required Skills Include

•Data analysis, strategy and excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional presentation skills, ability to multi-task and problem solve, payment market insights and industry intelligence and ability to drive business transformation
•Strategic, yet pragmatic – is able to ‘think big’ and to ensure changes are ambitious but achievable
•Story-teller - communicates complex ops issues in a digestible way
•Able to keep many plates spinning – can stay on top of a wide range of areas and projects, giving most attention to those that need it without neglecting others
•Adaptable with a “can-do attitude” - is positive and proactive, and energised by working in a fast-paced environment characterised by constant change
•A great manager – genuinely cares about team-members’ development and will invest heavily in this
