About you:

Role:

  • Execute key tests and initiatives and build best practices for test execution
  • Drive ideation of experiments that make positive impact on business and customer KPIs
  • Create concise and well researched knowledge base of test hypothesis and final outcomes
  • Provide technical guidance on existing and emerging Experimentation technologies
  • Develop Experiment dashboards to visualize data effectively using most efficient technologies

Requirements

  • Data driven mindset with degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Fluent in SQL and ability to learn quickly on the job. Hadoop knowledge is a big plus
  • Experience with a statistical programming language (e.g., R, Python), visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, D3.js and clustering knowledge e.g. K-means, Agglomerative Hierarchical
  • Experience with data aggregation using SQL (Teradata, MySQL or PHP), flat file or json payload handling through programmatic code, ETL tools (Informatica) is preferred
