The Global Partner Operations (GPO) team manages and supports ~$3B of PayPal’s annual revenue. As the Manager for our Global Partner Operations team, you will be responsible for the overall insight of day to day operations in support of over 2500 Partners globally. You will collaborate with key stakeholders from the Partner Business Unit, Legal, Sales, and back office teams globally. Given the high-profile nature of Partner, this role offers regular visibility and the opportunity to materially impact PayPal’s business.


  • Train and mentor a team of Global Partner Operations Manager
  • Identify and propose initiatives to solve for process improvements
  • Drive the execution of all initiatives in support of the Partner BU
  • Escalation point for applicable Partner related escalations
  • Lead GPO team – regular team meetings, regular 1:1 meetings, collaboration with broader GPO team
  • Drive best practices across Global Partner Operations


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5-year experience in management
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of the Partner landscape
  • Possess strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Salesforce and MicroStrategy
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives/efforts at the same time


  • Ability to operate in a highly complex cross-functional matrixed organization structure to drive direction, decision making, and priorities
  • Highly accountable, with ability to independently lead and coordinate complex initiatives globally
  • Ability to influence team, peers, and leaders to build consensus while dealing with ambiguity, and make or delegate decisions when necessary
